My Story

In 2010 he made his first residential real estate purchase in the Orlando market, subsequently starting Trident Real Estate Investments, LLC in 2012 to hold additional property purchases. Today, Trident Real Estate develops commercial real estate in Orange County and also owns numerous residential properties located in close proximity to downtown Orlando. In 2013 Jordan cofounded Team Blue Real Estate, LLC to purchase residential properties. Based on the success of his previous real estate ventures, in 2017 Jordan co-founded Blue Haven Orlando, LLC to purchase residential and commercial properties.

By the time he sold his interests in these companies in 2018, Jordan was the largest private residential land owner in the 32806 zip code. In 2017 Jordan started Trident Property Group to manage his rental properties, with the help of 3 employees.

In 2021 Jordan and longtime friend Peter Duke started Palm Property Partners (PPP) to develop residential real estate. PPP currently has over 300 home sites in development in Lake County, Florida along with multifamily and town home developments in Orange County. Jordan earned his BA in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2005 and in 2010 earned his Masters of Business, with a specialty in Agriculture, from the University of Florida. In 2014 he graduated from the Dupont sponsored Florida Emerging Leadership Development Program.
