Peter Duke

An entrepreneur who started his first business before the age of 10, Peter Duke has always known how to spot a deal. That knack combined with a passion for creating beautiful spaces has led to renovating or building 150+ houses in the Orlando area. With a career in the Central Florida market spanning two decades, Peter has been involved in all aspects of residential real estate from design to disposition. With his company Hourglass Homes, he continues to build award winning homes here in Orlando.

After honing his skills in the single family space, a desire to scale up and leverage the experience he had gained led to land entitling and development. A fortuitous friendship with Jordan furthered this endeavor when they formed Palm Property Partners, LLC in 2021. 

These mutual strengths have led to connections with respected and competent partners throughout the industry that now give Palm Property Partners the ability to handle every aspect of development projects.
